A judge in Philadelphia issued an order that will force the counting center to allow Republican observers back in after having locked them out on Tuesday. The order also forces officials to allow observers to watch from 6 feet away instead of 100 feet or more as has been reported, but Democrat lawyers are headed to court to block this new order.
But clearly not wanting any transparency in the count, Democrats are off to the State Supreme Court to kick the observers back out.
Pam Bondi, a former Trump advisor and member of the Office of White House Counsel stated that all counting has stopped.
Trump’s deputy campaign manager said that the current order allows counting to be observed going forward and that additional legal action is underway to allow them to review ballots already counted.
President Trump praised the decision in a Thursday morning tweet.
This is a developing story and will be updated throughout the day.
