Investigators said a 41-year-old man is suspected of murdering three individuals. One of them was a teen, at an apartment complex in central Florida, according to reports.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, Deputies discovered two people and a kid at the complex in the Buenaventura Lakes subdivision, which is located near Kissimmee, according to Osceola County Sheriff Marcos López, who spoke at a press conference on Tuesday. According to him, two people were in one flat and the other was in another apartment.

Kevin Christopher Torres, according to the sheriff, was identified as a suspect by a witness, and they apprehended him after barricading himself in his vehicle during a standoff with officials.
Torres was transferred to a hospital, where he was treated for injuries that were not linked to his confrontation with police enforcement, according to the sheriff.
In the following days, he was arrested and placed into prison on 20 charges, including three instances of premeditated murder and house invasion and abduction, as well as severe child abuse and mistreatment of a dead corpse.

Torres was being jailed without bail. They do not list his name as having a lawyer who could speak on his behalf in jail records.
According to the sheriff, the victims do not seem to be linked to Torres. Torres, according to him, has a history of mental health concerns and drug usage.
