On Thursday, Kamala Harris argued that climate change was the root cause of migration from Central American countries, an argument we’ve been hearing for the last month and justification for Democrat leaders to keep allowing illegal immigrants into the country.

Foundation Leaders on the Northern Triangle were in attendance. Harris argued how the people of Honduras, El Salvador, and Guatemala flood the Southern border through Mexico were facing struggling agriculture industry, food scarcity, food insecurity, and extreme poverty, all due to climate change.

Harris warned the room that she wanted to offer hope.

[BREITBART] “We are looking at extensive storm damage because of extreme climate, we’re looking at drought,” Harris said.

“Again, we’re looking at the issue of climate resiliency, and then the concern about the lack of economic opportunity,” she said.

The Biden administration posits damage from Hurricanes Eta and Iota in 2020 devastated the region, a climate event that continues pushing climate migrants to the United States. In February, Biden signed an executive order for the Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs to draft a report on the impact of climate change on mass migration.

“We have to give people a sense of hope, a sense of hope that help is on the way, a sense of hope that if they stay, things will get better,” she said.

Harris cautioned the problem was “not going to be accomplished overnight.”

“If it was easy, it would have been solved a long time ago,” she said.

I can’t believe this is going to fly with the American people. Many neighborhoods are being torn and shredded with the influx of undocumented migrants. Most can’t read or write properly, lack of education sets them back, and children have not to be cared for properly in their native countries even though the United States had given their countries billions to stem the tide of poverty and famine.
