Trump-Appointed Federal Judge Calls Out DOJ For Treating Jan 6th Protesters Worse Than George Floyd Rioters

It’s about time somebody in a judge’s robe stood up and said something about the blatant lack of “justice” from the DOJ – which is the Department of so-called “Justice.

It’s been almost 9 months now, and we’ve watched the FBI HUNT DOWN January 6th attendees like they are on the “most wanted list,” but when it came to the “Summer of Love,” where BLM and Antifa burned down the country for three-straight-months, looted, and over 20 people died, the FBI and local police barely lifted a finger to go after them…as of a matter of fact, the so-called “VP” of the United States was asking people to bail out the rioters who were arrested.

But finally, a federal judge appointed by President Trump has called out the double-standard from the DOJ and federal officials in how they’re handling Jan 6th arrestees vs “Summer of Love” ones.

Western Journal reported that U.S. District Judge Trevor McFadden, who was appointed by former President Donald Trump, said Friday that a double standard is being applied to those who are facing rioting charges in connection with the Jan. 6 Capitol incursion.

He said authorities were far more lenient in charging those connected with riots that took place after the death of George Floyd, according to CNN.

“The U.S. Attorney’s Office would have more credibility if it was even-handed in its concern about riots and mobs in the city,” McFadden said at a sentencing hearing for one of the Jan. 6 rioters, the network reported.

McFadden noted that Washington, D.C., Mayor Muriel Bowser issued a scathing letter last summer to federal officials over their refusal to prosecute cases from the riots.

So, even the liberal Trump-hating mayor agrees that the FBI did nothing to arrest the Summer of Love rioters who wreaked havoc on this entire nation for months.

What happened on January 6th was 3 hours, and sadly, the only person who died was an unarmed Trump supporter.

During the sentencing of the January 6th protester, Judge McFadden chastised the woman, as you’d expect, for participating in the melee, but declined to sentence her to “house arrest” as prosecutors had wanted.

Instead fined her $3,000, with an additional $500 to cover damages to the Capitol and sent her home.
