Trump Once Again Urges Americans Getting Vaccine: "One Of The Greatest Achievements, A True Miracle"

If you follow me on my podcast, you know I am not up for the COVID vaccine. I don’t trust it and I point to the Tuskegee Experiment where black men were given Syphilis by the United States government to study the effects. When they came up with a treatment for it, they didn’t alert the test subjects until 30+ years later.

The Biden-Harris administration is trying to force Pres. Trump to rally Trump supporters into getting the vaccine, even though most do not trust it. On Thursday, during an interview, Trump urged Americans to get the vaccine, even though confidence had dwindled due to the Biden administration pausing the Johnson & Johnson vaccine over potential risks.

[Daily Wire] “I’m all in favor of the vaccine,” Trump told the New York Post. “It’s one of the great achievements, a true miracle, and not only for the United States. We’re saving tens of millions of lives throughout the world. We’re saving entire countries.”

Trump said that he did not even have any “arm soreness” following his second vaccine shot, saying, “It’s pretty amazing stuff.”

“The vaccine is a great thing and people should take advantage of it,” Trump said, adding that “nobody should be forced, we have our freedoms. But I strongly recommend it because it’s a real lifesaver.”

A Economist/YouGov poll found that American’s confidence in the safety of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine plummeted by 15 points following the Biden administration’s decision to pause it. The move by the Biden administration comes after coronavirus vaccines were developed in record time during the Trump administration’s Operation Warp Speed.

I get his good intentions, yet I don‘t think he, like many others, know what they’re talking about. It‘s just not your business to provide medical advice or talk people into things you don‘t understand.

Get the vaccine, don’t get the vaccine, I don’t care, but stop listening to politicians for the love of everything holy. Apparently it’s not obvious by now, but we should already know that they aren’t the smartest among us. If the Biden admin were smart they’d realize that the J & J side effects of 6 people getting blood clots out of 7 million would be a minuscule percentage (0.000086% as a matter of fact). Stop listening to them. You have more of a chance of dying in a car wreck than you do of this vaccine giving you a clot.

I’m eager to read here about vaccine resisters who’ve changed their minds and will now get vaccinated based on Trump’s endorsement today. After all, it is one of his major accomplishments and part of his legacy. The point of his comments today was to change minds. Is anyone willing to step up and say he was successful in that?

The question is really if you should get it and when. For some, they need to wait as they have been infected recently,y and the guidance is to wait at least three months before being vaccinated if you were infected. You have antibodies and natural protection for longer than advertised.

Does Trump’s backing of the vaccine make you want to run out and get it or are you still hesitant?
